If you have any queries then please don't hesitate to contact us on enquires@proofers.co.uk.

Read the disclaimer

Please carefully read our disclaimer, payment and the pricing pages. This will help you understand our rules as well as explain how the process works.

Make your payment

Carefully calculate the number of words your document contains, decide your return date and work out the total cost of the editing using the pricing page. Once the cost is known proceed to the payments screen.

Submit your document

Documents must be submitted in Microsoft Word format. You can submit your document by email - details of which can be found on the submit page. If you would like to arrange an alternative method of submission then please contact us.
You must include the 'Deadline Date', the 'Word Count' and whether you need your references checked or modified to meet a specific format. An email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your document has been received and your payment has been verified.

We edit your document

An appropriate editor will immediately set to work on your document assuming there have been no problems with your payment.

We return your document

You will be sent two different electronic versions of your document via email.
1. Edited Version - This will be a clean copy of your document which will have all the changes implemented - hence ready to publish.
2. Critique Version - This version will include all the changes made by the editor using the highlighting feature found in Microsoft Word ®. This feature clearly and visually distinguishes errors and suggestions. The editor will include a 'legend', so you understand what each of the colour schemes represents..
